Contactless On-Premise Ordering

Virtual Kiosk allows guests to scan/tap a QR code or visit a designated URL (i.e order.restaurant.com) to view the menu, order & pay directly from their mobile devices. Great for quick-serve and to-go establishments.

Online Ordering is the latest option for contactless ordering. It allows guests to place their food orders online for either pickup or delivery. Since COVID, contactless service, including ordering and payment, is preferred. Therefore, many more restaurants now offer an Online Ordering experience for their guests.

We provide a branded webpage that will integrate to your Micros 3700 or Symphony system. The checkout hyperlink with the restaurant’s menu is placed on the restaurant’s website or on social media pages. When a customer places the new order, both the kitchen and manager receive a notification of a new online order in real-time.

Intagrating with Doordash, Uber Eats and other providers

Since orders are placed directly through the restaurant websites, merchants don’t have to pay any fees to the third-party companies such as Grubhub and Uber Eats. However, our Online Ordering platform provides access to platforms like Uber Eats and Doordash directly from the POS system. Restaurants can enable this feature if preferred and not use additional tablets

Order Ahead

Customers can use designated URL, e.g. order.brand.com posted on the restaurant’s website, social media, etc. to place their orders for immediate or timed pick-up
